Hosting External Events
Attendees are prohibited from organizing, hosting, or promoting any external events, meetings, or gatherings that conflict with official IFA Conference sessions, receptions, or scheduled activities. All events held during the Conference must be approved by the IFA in advance. Failure to comply with this policy may result in penalties, including revocation of Conference credentials.

Attendee List Scam
Only registered exhibitors and sponsors receive the attendee list for the IFA Factoring Conference. If you receive an offer to purchase the attendee list for the IFA Factoring Conference from any third party, consider it to be spam and delete it in accordance with your company’s procedures.

GTE, Global Travel Experts, Global Elite Travel, or any other group trying to sell you a room
These groups send emails or call stating that they are working with the IFA and accepting reservations for the IFA Factoring Conference. There is no official independent group (such as Global Elite Travel) representing the IFA or any hotel with respect to the IFA Factoring Conference. Those wishing to stay at the IFA Conference hotel should book directly through the hotel. Hotel information will be emailed after registration is complete.

As a registered attendee or participant (“you”) of the International Factoring Association's Factoring Conference (the “Conference”) you agree to these terms and conditions (collectively, this “Agreement”) with the International Factoring Association (“IFA”). Read IFA's full Terms & Conditions here.
