Advisory Board

The IFA Advisory Board Members serve a two-year term and assist the IFA in broadening the public understanding of the uses and benefits of factoring and help to both design training programs and foster new ideas to benefit its member organizations.
 

Tina Capobianco - Senior Vice President, Operations - J D Factors - Mississauga, ON, Canada
Tina Capobianco is the vice president of J D Factors Corporation in Canada.  J D Factors provides factoring services to businesses across Canada and the US.  Tina is responsible for the Canadian operations and portfolio with its head office in Mississauga and offices in Montreal and Calgary.  Her extensive career in factoring started in 1992 as an account executive and has covered all areas of factoring including operations, credit and underwriting and business development.  Tina learned that the client is the cornerstone of commercial finance.  Learning how to work with a variety of different types of clients and industries has provided her with the experience to bring J D Factors to the forefront of commercial finance.
 
Chad Eberly - General Manager & Co-Founder - Encore Funding - Cleveland, OH
Chad Eberly has spent over a decade overseeing business operations and is a big proponent of leveraging factoring programs to free up working capital for entrepreneurs. Prior to Encore, he served as the Manager of Risk Assurance at PwC, auditing and advising clients on business process and IT controls. His creative and solution-oriented approach to factoring has helped to establish true partnerships throughout his network. As a member of the NEXGEN committee, Chad is perfectly positioned to help educate the next generation of professionals on the factoring industry.
 
Alan Eliasof - Chief Executive Officer - Prestige Capital Finance, LLC - Fort Lee, NJ
Alan Eliasof, CPA, is Chief Executive Officer of Prestige Capital. With 25 years in the factoring industry, Alan is responsible for the finance, operations, and credit functions of Prestige Capital. Before joining the company, he held senior executive finance and accounting positions with private companies and public accounting firms. Alan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
 
Juan Estrada - CEO - Quickpay Funding - Las Vegas, NV
Juan Estrada is the Co-Founder and CEO of Quickpay Funding LLC, a leading factoring company in the industry. Since founding Quickpay in 2015, Juan has grown the company to fund over $100 million annually in account receivables and other services, processing thousands of transactions monthly for small businesses and companies in a diverse range of industries.  A seasoned commercial finance executive with a deep understanding of factoring, Juan's prior experience includes senior-level roles at Heller Financial, UPS Capital, Volvo Financial, DaimlerChrysler Financial Services, Citibank-Banamex USA, and eCapital. Juan is a member of Bank of America's Treasury Advisory Board for CashPro and is a passionate advocate for innovation in factoring, particularly in the areas of Real-Time Payments, and technology-driven operational efficiency.
 
Kimberly Fisk - COO, Factoring Division - Triumph - Coppell, TX
Kim Fisk is the Chief Operating Officer of the Factoring Division at Triumph, a division of Triumph Financial, Inc. (TFIN). TFIN is a financial holding company focused on payments, factoring and banking. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, its diversified portfolio of brands includes TriumphPay, Triumph and TBK Bank. www.tfin.com. The Triumph brand provides insurance, equipment finance, and ABL solutions. Kim’s career in factoring started in the general space in 2004 focused on the underwriting side of the business. In 2012, she moved to Triumph to manage their underwriting department and grew her experience in various aspects of the business from debtor credit, collections, and now managing the operations team in Coppell, Texas, San Diego, California and Oak Brook, Chicago. Kim is also a member of the Women in Trucking Association. 
 
Lori Gustaf - SVP, Director of Transportation Factoring - FirstLine Funding Group - Madison, SD
Lori Gustaf is SVP, Director of Transportation Factoring, of FirstLine Funding Group, a division of First Bank & Trust. She has nearly 40 years of experience in the transportation industry and more than 25 years of experience in commercial finance. Gustaf has been an active member of the IFA for more than two decades. She currently is an IFA advisory board member and has led multiple training classes and seminars. Lori also participates in Women in Trucking Association, NACM/TRMG, and has served on the local United Way chapter board since 2010, including her current position of President.
 
Kevin Laborde - CEO - Cash Flow Resources, LLC - New Orleans, LA
Kevin Laborde is a native of central Louisiana earning his bachelor’s degree in finance from Georgetown University and MBA from Louisiana State University. Over the following 25 years, Kevin held numerous business development, credit, and managerial banking positions— the last 14 of which with Bank One in Louisiana (now JP Morgan Chase) where he worked with clients of all sizes. His true passion is looking out for the small guys – which is why, in 2003, he founded Cash Flow Resources. Committed to teaching and mentoring, Kevin served as an adjunct faculty member in the finance department of Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business, where he taught a course in commercial banking for 10 years. Kevin was board president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeast Louisiana in 1999 and 2000 and the 2010-11 president of the Rotary Club of New Orleans. He chaired the southeast Louisiana interviewing committee for the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at Georgetown University from 1994 to 2015, where he still remains an emeritus board member. Kevin was board president for the Louisiana Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association from 2015 through 2017 and joined the Greater New Orleans Executive Association in 2014 where he has served as president and board member. An avid music lover, Kevin sang with the Georgetown Chimes during his undergraduate days. Today he is more about listening to music, roasting pigs, and cooking in general.
 
Glendon Paulk - Owner & COO - Diversified Lenders - Lubbock, TX
Glendon Paulk has spent two decades leading Diversified Lenders, Inc. in his role as an owner and Chief Operations Officer.  The company started in 1986 and provides unique financing solutions, including factoring and equipment leasing.  Glendon graduated from Texas Tech University and has a passion for helping companies achieve their goals through a relationship-based approach to problem solving.  He currently lives in Keller, Texas and his hobbies include ranching, hunting and fly-fishing.  He has spent many years supporting and raising money for the International Rett Syndrome Foundation via charity organizations and events such as Casting 4A Cure, Tunes for Barrett, Risers for Rett and Borracho Pescador.
 
Loren Shifrin - Founder & CEO - REV Capital - Ontario, Canada
Loren Shifrin is the Founder and CEO of REV Capital (formerly Revolution Capital). He is a highly ambitious young entrepreneur with fifteen years of experience building brands and growing portfolios in the factoring industry. Loren is also the Founder and CEO of REV Tech, a fintech on a mission to democratize the transportation industry’s access to resources.
 
Neely Thomas - Director - Love's Financial Services - Oklahoma City, OK
Neely Campbell Thomas is the Director of Love’s Financial, the transportation factoring company of Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores.  Love’s Financial combines customizable factoring solutions with any number of services at Love’s nationwide network of travel stops, such as fuel discounts, credit lines on Love’s Express Billing card, Love’s Truck Tire Care and Speedco, Emergency Roadside Service, light mechanical services, and lube and preventative maintenance.  Neely has 10 years of experience in the transportation factoring industry.  Before starting her factoring career, Neely was a litigation attorney in Memphis, Tennessee.  Neely is licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee and is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
