Membership Options
IFA Membership
IFA Membership is open to qualified banks and finance companies that perform financing or factoring through the purchase of invoices or other types of business-to-business accounts receivable. Membership is based on the number of employees in the member company's factoring division. All members must adhere to the IFA's
Code of Ethics.
Submitting an IFA membership application does not guarantee membership. Your application will be reviewed by the IFA Membership Committee. Applicants must have factoring clients and proof of factoring must be submitted. Also, due diligence will be performed on all membership applications, including, but not limited to, public record searches, published credit reports, and other available information. The first year membership application fee is non-refundable if membership is not approved.
IFA Ally Membership
IFA Ally Membership is open to companies that deliver a diverse range of products, services, and solutions to factoring companies and contribute to the overall prosperity and advancement of the industry. Companies that qualify for an IFA Ally Membership are non-factors, attorneys, ABL lenders, lender finance firms, PO lenders, inventory lenders, equipment lenders, technology platforms, brokers, other service providers, etc. A list of Ally Member categories can be found

IFA Preferred Ally Membership
IFA Preferred Ally Members surpass the typical Ally Member by providing discounts or specialized services exclusively for IFA members. Each Preferred Ally Member undergoes a thorough application and screening process, ensuring the organization's integrity before receiving endorsement from the IFA. Agreement
By authenticating this document, you warrant that you have authority to bind your organization. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes regarding your membership in the IFA shall be brought solely in the state courts located in the State of Alabama. You also agree that if there is any litigation regarding your IFA membership, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
Privacy Policy
Your contact information may be shared with IFA Preferred Ally Members, exhibitors and sponsors. The IFA is committed to protecting the privacy of its members and event participants. We shall use information you provide to us to send important IFA information. We will also send communications to the members email address provided about our other similar products and services. All delegates may unsubscribe to these communications at any time. Attendee names, job titles and contact information will be confidentially published to IFA Preferred Ally Members, Exhibitors and Sponsors so that they can better interact with IFA members. An attendee can contact us at any time to not be included on this list by emailing info@factoring.org.
