With more than 16 years of sales management, syndications, commercial banking, factoring and asset-based lending experience, Meg understands how important relationships are. Meg manages a team of sales, underwriting and marketing leaders nationwide and is responsible for new, organic and acquisition originations as well as creating and maintaining a quality brand for Gulf Coast Business Credit. Through Meg’s tenure at GCBC, the portfolio has experienced tremendous growth that can be attributed to hard work, dedication to the marketplace and a loyal portfolio of clients and partners. Roberson serves as the President of the Central Texas Chapter for The Association for Corporate Growth, is actively involved in the International Factoring Association, the Secured Finance Network and is a graduate of Texas A&M University.

Wade Hladky - President & CEO, Gulf Coast Business Credit
Wade Hladky joined Gulf Coast Business Credit in 2000 as the COO. After doing great work in the accounts receivable financing sector for more than a decade at GCBC, he was promoted to President in 2011. Since his promotion, Wade has made great progress as GCBC’s President, and he plans to take advantage of any opportunities that come their way. He and his experienced staff have a central mission to obtain personal and professional growth through a well-rounded and diverse portfolio.

Lynn Hamilton Butler, Esq. - Partner, Husch Blackwell
Lynn’s practice consists of commercial bankruptcy and corporate reorganization, specializing in workouts, reorganizations, asset sales and bankruptcy litigation. As part of his bankruptcy practice, Lynn has represented commercial debtors and creditors in numerous industries. In his 29 years of practice, he has been involved in more than 600 cases in Texas alone. He is admitted to practice in the Western, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas, the Northern District of Illinois and the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Lynn is also admitted in, and has practiced in, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Second, Fifth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth and Eleventh Circuits and is admitted to practice in front of the United States Supreme Court. Lynn litigates regularly in bankruptcy court, having served as lead plaintiff and defense counsel in many bankruptcy adversaries, including fraud dischargeability lawsuits. Lynn also has significant bankruptcy appellate experience, having been lead appellate counsel in more than 20 bankruptcy appeals.

Jameson J. Watts, Esq. - Partner, Husch Blackwell
Jameson is experienced in all areas of bankruptcy law, although he most often represents creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Banks, private lenders, loan servicers and other financial institutions as well as businesses, debtors and trustees turn to Jameson for representation in state and federal courts, bankruptcy courts, and arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association. Jameson also handles pre-bankruptcy workout matters and state court insolvency and receivership cases. In his multifaceted practice, he helps clients navigate the complicated ins and outs of bankruptcy law to assure that their rights are in compliance with the complex bankruptcy code.
