This legal document is being used by most MCAs throughout the country to interfere with the Factors’ collateral and prevent the Factor’s collection efforts. Learn what steps Factors must do to assert their rights to the collection and obtain payment from the account debtors and not allow the MCAs to interfere with the collateral and restrain payment to the Factor. You will also learn how confessions of judgment are being used by Factors against their factored clients to recover for damages caused by your factored client.
