Factoring Sales- REMOTE
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Factoring Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales experience, existing transportation or logistics industry contacts, and a passion for helping businesses improve their cash flow. You will be responsible for sourcing new clients, building relationships, and promoting our factoring services to small and mid-sized businesses, particularly within the trucking and freight industry.

Requirements

This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential.

  • Competitive commission payouts on funded invoices.

    Job Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience — preferably in trucking, logistics, transportation, or financial services.

  • Strong understanding of freight operations, invoicing, or factoring (preferred but not required).

  • Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects over phone, email, or in person.

  • Reliable network within the trucking or logistics industry is a strong plus.

  • Must be comfortable working on a commission-only compensation structure.
