JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Manager will lead Factoring Express’s sales efforts, building and managing a
high-performing remote sales team to expand our client base. This role requires 25%
travel to attend business workshops, bootcamps, and networking events targeting new
businesses. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with factoring or financial services
experience, passionate about fostering client relationships and driving revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Team Building & Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a remote sales team to achieve revenue
targets.
- Develop sales strategies, set performance goals, and monitor KPIs using CRM tools.
- Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture through virtual and in-
person coaching.
2. Business Development:
- Identify new potential clients, focusing on B2B companies.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing
campaigns.
3. Industry Engagement:
- Travel up to 25% of the time to attend business workshops, bootcamps,
and networking events for startups and small businesses.
- Represent Factoring Express at industry conferences to enhance brand
visibility and build referral networks.
TRAVEL & REMOTE WORK
- Willingness to travel 25% for workshops, bootcamps, and client meetings.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office for remote work.
- Comfortable with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Remote Flexibility: Work from home with a flexible schedule, adhering to
standard business hours (9 AM–6 PM EST) and availability for client calls or
team meetings.
Equipment: Company-provided laptop, CRM software, and communication tools.
Employees must maintain a secure, professional home workspace.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in factoring, invoice financing, or
financial services. Experience in transportation or healthcare factoring is preferred.
- 2+ years of sales leadership or team management experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Data-driven decision-making
- Team coaching and development
- Negotiation and conflict resolution
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and closing complex deals.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) and sales

- Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) is a plus.
