Additionally, this role includes overseeing the account management, client / lender compliance, and ongoing relationships for building, monitoring, and retaining a performing customer base. This role would be multi-faceted, providing both upward mobility and a wealth of opportunities.
Focus Areas: Delivering Excellence
- Leading and contributing to structuring and due diligence, underwriting, legal documentation, closing, analyzing financial data and managing both new and existing complex asset-based loans
- Safeguard credit quality and performance of the loan portfolio
- Efficiently manage both new and existing complex Asset-Based loan files
- Prepare comprehensive loan packages, presenting underwriting memos when necessary
- Analyze and accurately document and report the financial performance of borrowers and ensure compliance with financial and loan covenants
- Proactively cultivate and maintain relationships, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Compile and analyze periodic financial statements and tax returns of Borrowers
- Monitor and manage Borrower deposit and loan disbursement/payment activity
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
- Help with oversight and management of troubled loans and workout situations
- Oversee scope of work, field exams and analysis

Requirements: 7-10 years factoring, asset-based lending (ABL) and/or lender finance experience, along with underwriting, loan structuring, credit and portfolio management a value-add, field exam, loan documentation, loan workout desired, monitoring collateral and credit performance, economic and industry evaluations, or other directly related experience; Strong knowledge of accounting and finance; working knowledge of commercial/corporate loan structures, setting of appropriate loan and financial covenants and industry standard loan documentation; Ability to support the expand client relationships; Strong work ethic; Familiarity with loan processing and closing processes; Solid problem resolution, analysis, communication skills, both verbal and written; Bachelor’s degree in business, or finance preferred (or equivalent industry expertise); significant proficiency in Excel, positive attitude, detail oriented, accountable and reliable, solution oriented, adaptable to changes as we continue to grow the business and a desire to always seek to make things better.
