Requirements

Key functions

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients in need of factoring services, leveraging existing networks and industry contacts.  Primary focus over Florida, Georgia and South Carolina

  • Market Research & Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, competition, and client needs to develop effective sales strategies and identify new market segments

  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Lead the structuring and negotiation of factoring deals, ensuring terms align with company policies while meeting the client’s financial needs. Prepare and present proposals, as well as close deals effectively.


Requirements

  • Experience in Factoring: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the factoring or trade finance industry, with a strong understanding of factoring products and services.
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a successful track record of closing deals and building lasting client relationships in the financial services sector.
  • Market Knowledge & Networking: In-depth knowledge of the factoring market and a strong professional network in the industry to support lead generation and business opportunities.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to a variety of stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
