Position Information

Due Diligence / Transactional Paralegal
My long-time transactional expert paralegal (Cretia Flowers, for those of you that may know her), is retiring at the end of the year. :(  I am looking for a new paralegal (Cretia will stay to train) that can run due diligence and prepare/revise factoring agreements and related contracts, etc.  Someone with factoring and UW experience would be perfect.  It's full-time, but can work remotely/flex.  I'm in Houston but the firm is all over the map, so location is not relevant.

If you are interested, or know someone that might be interested, please let me know!  Unlike many lawyers, I'm actually FUN to work with!  Promise.
