Cancellation Policy:

The IFA will not charge a cancellation fee if you decide to not attend this event in-person based on concerns around your health. Health related cancellations received on or before 30 days prior to the class will be issued a full refund. Health related cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the class will be issued a full account credit. Non-health related cancellations for attendance received on or before March 1, 2024, will be charged a 10% penalty. Non-health related cancellations for attendance received between March 2, 2024 and April 1, 2024, will be charged a 20% penalty. No refunds will be given after this date for non-health related cancellations and your registration will be transferred to the virtual attendance registration. There are no refunds for virtual attendance registration fees. If you are unable to attend the conference we welcome substitute attendees attending in your place at no extra cost.
