Cancellation Policy:

Health-related cancellations: If you decide not to attend an in-person event due to a documented health concern up until 7 days before the Event, you won't face any cancellation fees. Instead, you'll receive a full account credit for the attendance fees paid. Documented health related cancellations within 7 days of the Event will receive a 50% account credit for attendance fees paid.
Non-health-related cancellations: If you need to cancel your attendance for reasons unrelated to health, on or before 30 days prior to the Event, an account credit for the attendance fees paid, minus a 20% cancellation fee, will be applied to your account. If you cancel within 30 days of the Event, no refunds will be issued. However, you may freely substitute attendee names from your organization without any penalty. No refunds will be given after this date for non-health related cancellations and your registration will be transferred to the virtual attendance registration. There are no refunds for virtual attendance registration fees. If you are unable to attend the Event we welcome substitute attendees attending in your place at no extra cost.
