Cancellation Policy:

The IFA will not charge a cancellation fee if you decide to not attend this event in-person based on concerns around your health or travel. Health related cancellations received on or before 30 days prior to the training class will be issued a full refund. Health related cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the training class will be issued a full account credit. Non-health related cancellations for attendance received on or before March 1, 2023, will be charged a 20% penalty. Non-health related cancellations for attendance received between March 2, 2023 and April 1, 2023, will be charged a 20% penalty. No refunds will be given after this date for non-health related cancellations and your registration will be transferred to the virtual attendance registration. There are no refunds for virtual attendance registration fees.
