Disciplinary Actions

In accordance with the Rules Of Conduct established by the IFA and accepted by its membership, the IFA has taken disciplinary action against the following members:

Security Credit Corporation - Sioux Falls, SD
Membership revoked as of March 1, 2008 for violation of Section 6 of the IFA Code of Ethics.

Network Financial Group, LLC - Grandville, MI
This company may be using the IFA name and logo on its website and in various communications. Only members in good standing with the IFA may use the IFA name and logo. Network Financial Group, LLC is not a member in good standing with the IFA.

Midland American Capital - East Meadow, NY
This company may be using the IFA name and logo on its website and in various communications. Only members in good standing with the IFA may use the IFA name and logo. Midland American Capital is not a member in good standing with the IFA.

Fast Capital HK - Hong Kong
This company may be using the IFA name and logo on its website and in various communications. Only members in good standing with the IFA may use the IFA name and logo. Fast Capital HK is not a member in good standing with the IFA.
