Cancellation Policy:

Here at IFA, your well-being is our top priority. We completely understand that your health and circumstances can change, which is why we've got a modern and flexible cancellation policy in place. Health-related cancellations: If you decide not to attend an in-person event due to a documented health concern, you won't face any cancellation fees. Instead, you'll receive a full account credit for the attendance fees paid. Non-health-related cancellations: If you need to cancel your attendance for reasons unrelated to health, on or before 30 days prior to the event, an account credit for the attendance fees paid, minus a 20% cancellation fee, will be applied to your account. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be issued. However, you may freely substitute attendee names from your organization without any penalty.
