IFA Conference registration is required prior to reserving a room. Booking information will be emailed to attendees upon registration. The IFA will be cross-checking the housing list against registered attendees. Room reservations are subject to cancellation or reverting to the hotel's rack rate if not registered for the IFA Conference by April 10, 2025.

These groups send emails or call stating that they are working with the IFA and accepting reservations for the IFA Factoring Conference. There is no official independent group (such as Global Elite Travel) representing the IFA or any hotel with respect to the IFA Factoring Conference. Those wishing to stay at the IFA Conference hotel should book directly through the hotel. Hotel information will be emailed after registration is complete.
