Breakout Session #3

ERC Workshop for Factors

There has been an increasing hype surrounding the Employee Retention Tax Credit, with good reason.  While this is a fantastic credit for eligible businesses and organizations (with up to $26,000 per full time w2 employee) it is critical that the organization understand the liabilities regarding this funding.  This panel is committed to providing education and raising awareness for organizations specific to the ERTC.  They will address the program and its evolution, as well as provide transparency on the current qualifications surrounding eligibility. They will also discuss the documentation that is needed to support this claim.
